Make One Day Happen: Wellness Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending this wellness event hosted by Make One Day Happen, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferrable at the sole discretion of the event facilitator. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, please contact us no later than [insert timeframe] prior to the event. We reserve the right to approve or deny ticket transfers.
2. Photo & Video Consent
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes by Make One Day Happen. If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify the event organizers in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event.
3. Release of Liability
You understand that participation in the event may involve physical, emotional, and mental activities that could be demanding. By attending this event, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in any or all activities.
Make One Day Happen and its facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event. By attending, you release the company and its representatives from any liability for such occurrences.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The event is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for monitoring your own physical and mental well-being throughout the event. If you experience any discomfort, please communicate with the facilitator immediately.
5. Event Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All content shared during the event, including but not limited to the sound journey modality, teachings, exercises, and materials, are the intellectual property of Make One Day Happen. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of this content without prior written consent from the company. Unauthorized use of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule or cancel it entirely if necessary. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and ticket holders will be offered an option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event or to another event of equal value.
